Under forms we now have instructions to electronically fill in your request form for quicker approval.
It is nice to make additions and modifications to your property. However, make sure they are within the guidelines set forth by our declaration, rules and bylaws listed under the DOCUMENTS tab. APPROVAL is needed for most if not all projects.
Parking Map has been added to the DOCUMENTS tab. A new Architectural & Landscaping Combined Request Form has been added to the FORMS tab. The latest Newsletters have been added to the NEWSLETTER tab under the NEWS tab. Finally we added a link to the local YMCA in the LINKS tab.
WHEN THE WEATHER IS BAD OUT, PLEASE CHECK THE REMINDERS LINK FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION. ALSO IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT TRASH COLLECTION, WE HAVE A LINK BY CLICKING THE LINKS TAB TO ACCESS REPUBLIC WASTE WEBSITE FOR CURRENT INFORMATION.
When you see something that you think is in need of repair or removal within the community especially in the common area, please notify CAM, the appropriate committee and or the board. But please don't take corrective actions upon yourself without appropriate consent as this will lead to you also incurring the cost if done without consent. This includes but not limited to issues with lawn cutting, snow removal, fences, signs, trees, or other work taking place within the community. Please don't approach the workers with your complaint. Again contact CAM the appropriate committee and or the board.

All condo fees are due the first of each month. Condo fees received after the 5th of the month a late fee penalty of $10 will be charged every month this payment is late. Also, there is a discount for those choosing to pay 6 or 12 months in advance of the due date.

Also we have a new website link to Pennsylvania 1 Call. Before you dig you must call to prevent damage to underground pipes, cables, electrical and telephone wires etc. Visit the links tab.
Have you notice we now have a marked crosswalk at Mt. Airy Rd and Prospect Circle? This was recently added with the approval from the Shrewsbury Township board at their July 2010 meeting. Despite the signs and road markings we still stress caution when crossing the street. Never step in the path of moving traffic.
Also a new solicitation sign and children at play has been added at the community entrance.
When the weather is nice outside, that brings a lot of outdoor activities. There are children at play and people walking all throughout the community. Did you know there is a 25 mph speed limit? Therefore we ask all homeowners to slow down and drive with caution throughout the community. Let's keep our community safe.
