When you see something that you think is in need of repair or removal within the community especially in the common area, please notify Community Asset Management, CAM, the appropriate committee and
or the board. But please don't take corrective actions upon yourself without appropriate consent as this will lead to you also incurring the cost if done without consent. This includes but not
limited to issues with lawn cutting, snow removal, fences, signs, trees, or other work taking place within the community. Please don't approach the workers with your complaint. Again contact CAM, the
appropriate committee and or the board.
All condo fees are due the first of each month. Condo fees received after the 5th of the month a late fee penalty of $10 will be charged every month this payment is late. Also, there is a discount
for those choosing to pay 6 to 12 months in advance of the due date.

Trash pick-up day is Thursday. If a holiday falls on or before Thursday, our pick-up will be delayed by one day.
Materials to be recycled should be tied in plastic bags before placing in the recycle bins to avoid strewn trash over the community on windy days.

When snow is in the forecast remove vehicles from the streets so that snowplows can clear the street.
Pop-up drains in the lawn should be kept clear of over-grown grass. To prevent a clogged drain which can result in water in your basement, try putting a hose of running water down the drain to see if
it pops up.
